A: Yes, we provide care for cats as well as dogs.

A: If you need emergency services, please contact your nearest veterinary hospital or emergency clinic. We do not provide emergency services at this time.

 

Q: Do you offer services in inclement weather?

A: Yes, we offer services in all types of weather conditions, including snow and rain. We understand the importance of your pet's health and will do our best to provide care in all circumstances.

Q: What are the benefits of using mobile animal care?

A: Using mobile animal care eliminates the stress of taking your pet to a clinic for non -veterinary needs, as well as the risk of exposure to other animals. It also allows for a more personalized and convenient experience, as we can work around your busy schedule.

Q: What type of pet grooming services do you provide?

A: We do not provide grooming services. Fortunately we can provide anal gland expression,  nail trimming, and ear cleaning for those moments in between grooming appointments.

 

Q: How do I pay for mobile animal care services?

A: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash, and online payment options. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Q: Can I book appointments for multiple pets at once?

A: Yes, you can book appointments for multiple pets. Please let us know how many pets you have when scheduling your appointment so that we can allocate enough time to care for each of them.

Q: Can you vaccinate for Rabies?

A: No, we cannot offer rabies vaccinations for pets. It is important to protect your pets from rabies as it is a serious disease that can be fatal. Please contact your regular Veterinarian to keep your pets up top date on rabies.

Q: What do I need for my pet to be seen by Paws and Claws?

A: To have your pet seen by Paws and Claws, we require proof of current Rabies vaccine and any relevant information about their health history.
